We are a privately owned medium-sized brewery in the heart of Hallertau with 400 years of history and are looking for an HR and Administrative Manager in full-time to join us as soon as possible. In this trusted position, your main tasks will include all administrative work in the personnel office of a brewery operation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations in all aspects of personnel management.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
- Supporting CEO in all personnel-related matters from onboarding to offboarding, in accordance with current legislation.
- Promoting a positive work environment.
- Assisting in communication with the works council.
- Collaborating with the finance department for monthly payroll and payments.
- Personnel development, including assessing training needs and organizing internal and external training.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for authorities and ensuring the smooth running of the office, as well as providing administrative support.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant work experience in HR in Germany (exceptions can be made for particularly qualified candidates).
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques, as well as relevant German laws and regulations.
- Excellent German language skills and the ability to communicate easily with German employees. Knowledge of English and experience in an international work environment are advantageous.
- Work experience in a medium-sized brewery or food industry is an advantage.
